6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts to deliver your package. If the recipient is not available during these attempts, the package will be returned to the seller.
  • If you miss a delivery, our courier partners may leave a delivery notice or contact you to reschedule. Kindly ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • In rare cases, packages may be deemed undeliverable if the delivery address is incorrect, inaccessible, or incomplete. If an order is returned due to such issues, we will notify you and assist you with correcting the address or placing a new order.

8. Packaging and Handling

  • All products are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to report the issue.
  • If you receive a tampered package, please refuse to accept it and contact our customer service immediately.
